Access

  • From April 15, access to the Heaven section will be available only to guests who have booked the Heaven adult-only section. This includes access to Eden Pool, Eden Beach and restaurants. The only exception will be for members of the Hall of Fame and the Legendary Chairman, who may arrange access to Heaven Eden through their butlers.
    Please note that ANY adult from anywhere, Heaven or Hacienda, has access to the WAI and UMO only for dinner. FARO, opens only for breakfast and lunch, being exclusive to Heaven Adults Only guests, members HOF and CHAIRMAN.
  • Please arrange reservations through your butlers or in the Members Experience area.
  • Heaven guests will be identified with specific wristbands. Signage will be placed around the perimeter to guide guests.
